We do not neglect people with disabilities. Of Course, there are toilets for the disabled.

All paths are wide enough and barrier-free (sometimes on the meadow!). Disabled and severely disabled people with a degree of disability of 50 % or more receive reduced admission. An accompanying person may be free. Both apply if entered in the ID card.

Beispiel Verkleidung

Dressed up to ANNOTOPIA?!

We´d love to see your costumes!!!

With ANNOTOPIA, fantasy festivals of this kind were introduced to Germany. The success is based to a great extend on the fact that also many visitors of this event optically dive into the world of fantasy and costumes sometimes artful and spectacular. We would love to see your creativity! Change into a different personality, step into a new world and give our festival a little bit of extra shine and esprit.

Foto Note

We take the protection of personal data very seriously and comply with data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). We also expect this from all visitors, especially the photographers and videographers in ANNOTOPIA.

Responsible for data protection in ANNOTOPIA is noa entertainment – events & more GbR, Elisabethstr. 31, 33428 Harsewinkel, Tel.: 05247/406120, e-Mail: info@noa-entertainment.de. Our data protection officer can be reached via the aforementioned contact channels.

In ANNOTOPIA impressions and the visual diversity of its participants and visitors in particular are of great importance. Capturing these impressions is an essential part of the event and a motivation for many visitors and photographers. Not only in the broadest sense, the taking of photographs and videos therefore falls under artistic activity, the protection of which is preserved by the Art Copyright Act (KUG) even after the new General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) comes into force.

In ANNOTOPIA, photographs and videos are taken during the event times, which are used for documentation and post-event reporting as well as promotion of subsequent events (e.g. homepage, print media, photo galleries, social networks).

These recordings are associated with the pictorial representation of persons present. The selection of persons is purely random.

By entering the event site/the event rooms or purchasing an admission ticket, the person present automatically consents to the free publication in the above-mentioned manner without the need for an explicit declaration by the person concerned.

The recordings will be stored for an indefinite period of time, but will be used exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes. These are primarily of a non-commercial nature.

We also refer to the principle of proportionality, which allows the photographing of people in situations where it is practically impossible to obtain the consent of each individual. This applies to both the organiser and the photographers in ANNOTOPIA.

Note: All image and sound recordings created and subsequently published in ANNOTOPIA are available to the organiser (noa entertainment – events & more GbR) for unrestricted use; the consent of the copyright holder is not required.

Hunde Willkommen

Dogs Welcome!

Dogs are always available to drink throughout the festival area. Leashes are mandatory, however, and poop bags should be taken for granted anyway. Here you can see – as always, very exemplary – Professor Abraxo with his “tiger dog”. 😉
