Bad Mergentheim

Now in its sixth year, the wonderful grounds of the residential palace in the town of Bad Mergentheim in the idyllic Tauber Valley (Baden-Württemberg) are, of course, one of the established ANNOTOPIA locations alongside Lüdinghausen and Rotenburg a. d. Fulda. The Renaissance still characterises the appearance of the mighty 12th-century castle of the Teutonic Order with its outer and inner courtyards; the castle park was laid out in the style of English landscape gardens. In 2026, the festival will take place again in May, with all the enchanting characters from various times and places, thus opening the ANNOTOPIA season 2026. Look forward to an unforgettable journey from 1 to 3 May.
